Rules1. I reserve the right to cancel the commission and issue a partial refund (based on work completed) if the client exhibits harassing, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.2. I have the rights to decline any request.3. I cannot refund finished work because time and effort were already spent.4. Keep my privacy: if you ever see my real name or anything please just pretend you didn't see anything and move on.5. By commissioning me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian.----------------------
Additional Important information1. You have the rights to decide whether the commission can be posted publicly or not. However, I will post drafts and use the commission for my portfolio2. Please provide all references and information you have upfront.
( I am not responsible for errors resulting from unclear or missing reference information )3. I strw / strawberry_gcps retain all rights to the artwork. The client is granted a license for personal use only. You may not resell the artwork, use it for merchandise, or claim the credit for its creation. Unless you bought the commission in the commercial category.4. There may be a waitlist if I have more than 5 orders pending5. If the artwork is found to be used for AI training or generation, the license to use the image is immediately revoked, and the client will be blacklisted from future commissions.6. Privacy: Your real life reference photos will be kept private.----------------------
Payment1. 100% Payment must be received before the draft/sketch is started.Further progress on the commission will come to a stop if payment not sent----------------------
Payment ( method & process )Method: The only payment method I accept is Stripe. I will send a link; you do not need to login to pay.
Currency will be converted automatically by Stripe.Commercial Use: Prices differ for commercial work. Personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through Stripe without contacting me first will result in a permanent blacklist and loss of all rights to the artwork.Waitlist: Work will only be added to my queue once both payment and all reference materials are received. If you pay but do not send references within 7 days, your slot may be moved.In addition: Please send a screenshot of the payment confirmation once you have completed the Stripe transaction to verify and secure your slot----------------------
Delivery times
during holidays: 10 day - 1 month
during busy times: 2 week- 3 monthsIf you want faster delivery / first priority, an addition $35 fee should be added
( this will allow your project to be finished in 1 week - 2 weeks unless your project is very huge (e.g., more than 3 characters or full detailed backgrounds))

----------------------5 revisions max after sketch is sentMajor changes to the pose, outfit, or composition will not be accepted once the sketch is approved. Any small color adjustments at the end are free, but structural changes will require an additional fee+1 revisions = $10
( and so on )
But these revisions can only be used when I'm in the sketch to lineart stage. Any revisions after that will not be accepted.Once the high-resolution final file is delivered, the commission is considered complete. No further changes will be made.

Refunds / CancelIf you cancel before the draft is sent, please let me know and I will cancelYou may not cancel / refund after the sketch is sent.
All sales final!!If clients are unable to communicate for 30 days, the commission will be automatically canceled and refund will not be issued.Clients can take a partial refund if I’m unable to complete the project or if commission takes longer than 5 months to be delivered.
Refund amount depends on stage of commission I’ve reached.Draft = 95% refund
Half Lineart = 65% refund
Lineart = 55% refund
Base colors = 40% refund
Minimum Render = 30% refund
I will not refund if my progress is any more after that.Please contact me if there’s an issue.
